       Today’s home building is dynamic; technology improves the way we build and how we live in our homes.  As a small builder we are able to constantly update the way we build to continue our efforts to improve our methods.  Spille Builders has always had a passion for protecting and conserving our natural resources.  In keeping with our commitment to the environment, our team has achieved certifications concerning energy savings and environmental conservation.  Tom Spille is a NAHB’s Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Bernadette Spille is a NAR Realtor GREEN.  We didn’t stop there; we made a commitment to build all of our homes ENERGY STAR® Certified.  Spille Builders is an ENERGY STAR® Partner 100%.  We were the first to certify a home as GREEN BUILD KENTUCKY in Northern KY and the first in Kentucky to certify a home under the National Green Build Standards.  We use “GREEN” techniques in every home; we’ve used some of these techniques for over 50 years, before “GREEN” was the new catch phrase.

In our homes, we have used Duel Fuel and Geothermal systems along with many other innovative energy saving features.  As you can see, we don’t just talk GREEN, we BUILD GREEN.
